We are looking for a Software Engineer who wants to be an integral part of how we do business at Ursa Major. Advancing our data processing, analytics, and automation to increase company efficiency. You will work directly with the Odoo manufacturing team to develop, improve, and optimize the Odoo software including but not limited to backend connectivity and functionality, user Interfaces, data analytics visualizations, designing APIs, and connecting them to improve our workflow efficiency. You will interface directly with internal customers to ensure that tools are well documented, understood, and having a positive impact on our operational efficiency. The results of your work will be visible to everyone in the company to help drive decision making at all levels.
A Software Engineer at Ursa Major is expected to own and inform major system decisions at every life cycle of our products. You will help Ursa grow our software capabilities over time. You will work within a small team to ensure that our software enables Ursa to deliver quality engines on time. You will work with other team members and internal customers to identify, plan, and execute new product features that match our business process and needs. You will need to be driven, detail oriented, and focused to support efforts to continually improve our engines and the processes we use to make those engines. You will have to respond to quickly to development challenges while guaranteeing the high performance and maintainability of our products.
Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $100,000 - $160,000, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
