We are looking to hire an HR Generalist to provide critical support to our teams. This role will support our teams and execute people strategies and policies focused on employee relations, onboarding, compensation, compliance, benefits and diversity, equity, and inclusion. We are building a Talent team to support the next phase of growth for Ursa and are looking for a trailblazing HR Professional. You will be part of a quickly growing Talent team that is not only willing to roll up our sleeves, but guides employees and managers as we develop the top talent in the industry.
Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $60,000 - $80,000, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
